Comprehensive Services
We offer a range of services including prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum care. My goal is to empower families with knowledge and support throughout the entire pregnancy process. I've begun my work as a professional doula in 2025 beginning with intensive birth and postpartum training provided by DONA International. I've continued with every available training and networking meetups to provide well rounded care to all my clients including referrals if specialized care is needed. Whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, physiologic vs abdominal birth, I can give insight to what expectations and options are available to you.
Customized care
My work as a doula centers around your needs as a developing family. Your desired approach will be how I support you. I will help guide you to determine which approach resonates best (because you don't know what you don't know) and am always flexible to adjust in the moment if something is not working for you.
Our Mission
Though I am trained to navigate birth scenarios as a doula, my passion is in postpartum care. I know how vulnerable this time can be and generally how much support from families dwindles after a week. There are also strong biases that come out through families that might not align with your emerging parenting style. As a postpartum doula, I have a robust network of postnatal caretakers such as pelvic floor pt, chiropractors, lactation consultants, mental health support and more. I provide care to your whole family, so if that includes taking over baby duties so you and a partner can rest, helping with light housework if your mobility is still recovering, or putting in a grocery order, I'm there for you!
